Dr. Mosley, MD, MAEd has 18 years of experience in providing healthcare. She is eager to put her experience and drive for improving community healthcare into action. Blake Saylor PMHNP-BC is ready to provide psych and mental healthcare because we know that full healthcare embodies both physical and mental aspects.
Primary Care & House Calls
A realization that many people who cannot make it physically to the office may not be getting the care they need. This service can be implemented to work toward reducing the rate of hospitalization and readmission if discharged from a hospital facility.
